Our back-room numbats have been crunching the numbers, and they inform us it’s time to take the next tiny step forward. Today, Wyngraf is proud to announce we’re increasing our pay rate to 1.5 cents per word. We will offer this rate starting with our third issue, which opens for submissions January 1st.
While a half-cent may not seem like much, it’s a step in the right direction. And those ha’pennies do add up! For example, we will now pay $75, rather than $50, for a 5,000-word story.
Here’s to many more ha’pennies in the future!
